Flipped for $2.Two million three months ago, an emergency demolition of the “totally renovated” Sherwood Forest home at 256 Casitas Avenue is underway to help keep it from sliding about the hillside that it’s perched and crushing your property below.

A neighbor first noticed warning signs of a failing foundation earlier this week in the event the new owners, have been intending to further renovate your house, lost of town for a funeral.

And although the owners had met when using the City a few weeks ago to share their plans to the house, who had included enclosing an open porch and raising the top over the kitchen, a web-based search doesnt reveal any permits for that touted renovation, including “New Decks” along with a “New kitchen,” just before their purchase.

UPDATE: As 256 Casitas Avenue appeared earlier this June, again sans permits:
